01

Start online or speak to us in store

Existing customers can use the customer login. If you are new to MinasPay, contact our team for help with registration. Visiting the store does not remove identification requirements.

The information needed depends on whether you are sending personally, acting for a company or representing another person.

02

Information we may request

Examples include your legal name, contact details, date of birth and evidence of identity or address. The acceptable documents and verification method depend on your circumstances; ask our team for the current requirements.

We may ask about the recipient, your relationship to them, the reason for sending and the source of the funds. Documents should be accurate, readable and up to date. These examples are not a fixed checklist for every customer.

03

Companies and representatives

Business checks may cover the company’s registration, activities, ownership and control, directors and beneficial owners. A beneficial owner is a person who ultimately owns or controls the customer.

If you act for someone else, we may need to verify your identity and authority to act. Tell us who the payment is for.

04

Additional or updated information

Checks are proportionate to the customer and payment. We may need clarification or updated information during the relationship. Completing registration does not guarantee approval of every transfer.

We cannot promise a fixed verification time. Contact us if you are unsure what has been requested or need help providing it.

05

Provide documents safely

Use the customer platform or a method confirmed by our team. Do not send documents through an unexpected link. Never share a password or security code.

Our privacy notice explains how personal information is handled. Tell us if you need help understanding a request or have difficulty using the online service.
